Notification Announcing Support Portal Migration

In our ongoing commitment to provide you with world-class product support service, we are pleased to announce as of 6:00 p.m. PDT, July 17th, all visitors to the Dell SonicWALL Support Portal (www.sonicwall.com/support) will be automatically redirected to the Dell Software Support Portal (www.software.dell.com/support).
With this change, you will still have access to all the same Dell SonicWALL support content, plus the enhanced experience of being able to browse across thousands of solutions. Additionally, the Dell Software Support Portal is available in English, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, German, Spanish, French, French Canadian and Italian language options.
The following Dell SonicWALL content and tools can now be found on the Dell Software Support Portal:
  • Product Support Pages – 25 dedicated SonicWALL product support pages with access to 200+ models. Example: Super Massive E10000 Series Page
  • Product Technical Documents – 2000+ SonicWALL product technical documents. Example: Enforced Anti-Virus and Anti-Spyware
  • Dedicated Product Knowledge Base – Over 3000+ KB articles indexed within the Knowledge Base. Example: SonicWALL Mobile Connect Knowledge Base
  • Technical / Product Support Videos Example: TZ Series Video Page
  • Online Service Requests using SonicWALL Credentials – Use the same My SonicWALL credentials to sign in and submit service requests at the Dell Software Support Portal.
  • My SonicWALL and SonicWALL Forums – My SonicWALL and Community Forums are accessible at the Dell Software Support Portal, under the Feature Content area located on every SonicWALL product page.
